1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings, purchases and services offered through breathandflow.ch and provided by azuya BREATH & flow ("we", "us", "our"). By booking a class, workshop or private session, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

We offer:

  • Yoga classes
  • Breathwork classes
  • Breath & Flow sessions
  • Private 1:1 sessions (online and in person)
  • Workshops and special events

All services are subject to availability.

3. Booking & Payment

Bookings are made via our website or approved booking platforms.

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

Prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include applicable taxes where required.

4. Cancellation Policy

Weekly Classes

  • Booking cancellations free of charge up to 24 hours before the class starts
  • Cancellations between 24 and 12 hours before the class receive a voucher that can be used for another class of the same format
  • Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the class, or no-shows, are non-refundable and the full fee will be charged.

Private Sessions

Private sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance.

Later cancellations or missed appointments are non-refundable.

Workshops & Special Events

Workshop bookings are binding.

If you cancel:

  • more than 7 days before the event: full refund
  • less than 7 days before the event: no refund unless your place can be filled.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events if necessary. In this case, participants will receive a full refund or may transfer their booking.

5. Health & Personal Responsibility

By participating, you confirm that you are physically and mentally able to take part.

Please inform us before the session if you:

  • are pregnant
  • have cardiovascular conditions
  • have epilepsy
  • have severe asthma
  • have recent injuries or surgery
  • have been diagnosed with serious mental health conditions
  • have any medical condition that may affect your participation.

Breathwork can involve intense physical and emotional experiences. Participation is entirely voluntary.

If you have any doubts regarding your health, please consult your physician before participating.

6. Liability

Participation is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by Swiss law, azuya BREATH & flow accepts no liability for injuries, accidents, loss or damage resulting from participation, except where caused intentionally or through gross negligence.

Participants are responsible for listening to their own bodies and choosing whether to follow instructions.

7. Online Sessions

Participants are responsible for ensuring they have:

  • a stable internet connection
  • adequate space to practice safely
  • suitable equipment where required.

We are not responsible for technical issues beyond our control.

8. Intellectual Property

All class content, videos, recordings, texts, images and materials remain the intellectual property of azuya BREATH & flow.

They may not be copied, distributed or used commercially without written permission.

9. Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on breathandflow.ch.

10. Changes

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be published on our website.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Swiss law.

The place of jurisdiction is Switzerland, unless mandatory legal provisions provide otherwise.
